supervision & consultation
I provide clinical supervision for licensure as a professional counselor in Alaska. I enjoy strengths-based relationships with my supervisees built on authenticity and mutual respect. I take a developmental approach to supervision in which I encourage increasing autonomy as the supervisee experiences greater mastery of psychotherapy skills and confidence in their application of those skills to clinical situations. My hope is to help budding therapists hone their talents, grow their capacity for reflective practice, and embark self-assured on the rewarding journey of supporting children and families.
I also provide consultation to individuals and organizations who would like to increase their expertise in child and adolescent mental health, family therapy, parenting, trauma-informed practice, and reflective supervision.
